How to order
For most bikes, you choose the model, size, colour and build option yourself. We source the necessary components, assemble and fine-tune the bike in Olomouc, and prepare it for shipping or personal pickup.
How does the ordering process work?
Choose your model
Our range includes gravel, road, mountain and electric bikes. Each model lists its features, technical specification and available options.
Select your configuration
Depending on the model, you can choose the frame size, colour, shifting option, wheels or other available equipment.
The exact options are always listed on the product page.
Add the bike to your cart
Check your chosen configuration, add the product to your cart and fill in your billing and delivery details.
Choose shipping and payment
The currently available shipping and payment methods are shown directly in your cart. Delivery of ordered goods within the Czech Republic is free as standard, unless stated otherwise for a specific offer.
We source the components and build your bike
For configured bikes, we order the necessary components according to your selection. Once they arrive, we assemble the bike by hand and set it up and fine-tune it in Olomouc.
We ship the bike or prepare it for personal pickup
Once the bike is ready, we hand it over to the carrier, or we arrange personal pickup in Olomouc with you.
Want a different configuration?
If you need a different colour, build or a component that isn't offered in the standard configurator, get in touch. We'll check the options for your specific model and, if technical and production constraints allow, we'll try to find a suitable solution.

How long will I have to wait for my bike?
We have the bike or product with us and it is ready to ship.
The lead time depends on the chosen configuration and the availability of components. For individually configured bikes, expect 6–8 weeks as a rule.
The goods are already on their way, or we are waiting for them to be restocked. We'll be happy to give you a more precise date on request.
How will the bike arrive?
We assemble and fine-tune every complete bike before shipping. For safe transport, however, it may then be partially disassembled. Shipments of complete bikes may be split into several packages, for example the frame section and the built wheels.
The amount of assembly required after delivery may vary depending on the specific model, components and packaging.
Don't want to assemble the bike at home?
If you don't feel confident finishing the assembly yourself, we recommend using a professional bike workshop.
We can also prepare the bike fully for you in Olomouc. In that case, personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement.
Returns, complaints and warranty
Consumers can generally withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods. An exception may apply to goods that are genuinely custom-made or modified to the customer's specific requirements.
Simply choosing a standard size, colour or component option does not in itself mean losing the right to withdraw.
Consumers can claim a defect that appears on the goods within two years of receipt. In addition to these statutory rights, we provide a voluntary 60-month quality warranty on new BICI bicycle frames.
